Interesting for French Speakers and those interested in Anthropology, but very small so if you are pressed for time, I would recommend visiting the Grotto while touring the Exotic Gardens instead. It is worth a quick visit if you have time.

This is a very small museum contained within the Exotic Garden, and ultimately it's just indeed part of the bigger park, but it's still worth a gander inside. There are some cool animal skeletons to look at inside if nothing else!

It does contain some world-famous fossils in the world of anthropology, but otherwise the museum is small, if not tiny (just two rooms). Outside the museum some Roman inscribed mile and tomb stones can be found. Next to the museum there is a public lavatory.

Yes, the Anthropology Museum is just a part of a nice complex that includes an impressive cave and exotic gardens. The Museum itself is quite small but educative wrt the area's history. The exotic gardens worth visiting, but in my opinion the cave is the...More

Beautifully presented but quite small and all information is in French so is a good idea to start learning French while observing the expo. There are a few interesting things to see but most people would be probably finished in about 10 - 15 minutes....More

Fine to pass a half hour. The mammoth skeleton is impressive as are the stuffed wildlife. Yes it's mainly in French but that's a good chance to try out your French from school. Included in price of exotic garden so worth a look.

A small museum with interesting local history but didnt leave a lasting impression. As there isnt a lot to do unless you are a multi millionaire, this is a good way to pass the time depending on how long you are staying in Monte Carlo

My title says it all - we were in and out in minutes, nothing of interest to us here at all. There were just a few exhibits and nothing written in English, so you couldn't understand them anyway.
