Very nice bar with actually a not bad at all coffee. Clean toilet, clean tables and chairs. The beach is 50 meters away. The prices are high when it comes to cocktails (7 euros) so make sure you have enough money when you go there.
The lady at the bar is very moody and this is not nice when you first go there. She randomly makes people pay for umbrellas and beds. Some have to pay some not. Prices are not indicated anywhere for this. Could be a real paradise without this...

Beautiful location & lovely bar lady, a comment was made by a lady that she was friendly on the first visit then hostile when visited again...think I need to set the record straight on other womens perceptions & how quick they are to judge, really annoys me!! When you work with people doing very long hours every day it is hard to always smile for 10 hours every day & at the end of the day you never know what that person has going on in their personal life...more to the point it's called being HUMAN!! People... especially women, shouldn't take things so personally, everyone is entitled to a bad day and just because you're on holiday & feeling great doesn't mean that someone who serves people every day in all weathers can make you feel "special" I would highly recommend this awesome beach bar to anyone who is down to earth & appreciates hard work and dedication from staff when they see it!

The new Mandria beach bar has marvellous sunsets and a clear water swimming beach (sand and pebbles)
There is a shaded grass area with children's play area.
The bar is located next to the lifeguard tower.
Prices are reasonable (2.50 for a pint) and the drinks are cold.
The staff are all locals, very friendly. Food can be delivered from a nearby taverna.

I’ve been here so many times, chilled out and great location for the sunset. Drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is laid back.
Could be so much better with a little TLC, outdoor furniture requires improvement, the bar could be spruced up and the toilets updating.
I would recommend as it’s fit for purpose but could be a top class place with a bit of investment

People say this place is quirky, that it certainly is, they have a tractor running in a field at the back connected to a generator to supply the power for the loud music that is constantly playing.
We had one drink here and offered the rather sullen barmaid a drink too (who had begrudgingly removed her ear from her mobile phone) to which she curtly replied “I do not drink alcohol” In previous comments someone had said maybe she had a bad day, for me she had one bad day too many.
I found out from the locals who visit that it is a normal to say things like “You are pleased to see me really” to get replies like “Of course I’m not, go away”
People go here just to wind her up and get Basil Fawlty type replies.
The whole place could be called shabby chic as use has been made of any available chair, lounger or object, O'Reilly the builder from Fawlty Towers was probably the decorator.

We visited this place whilst on holiday and enjoyed the views and the atmosphere. We met some lovely people there and the locals really seemed to enjoy it here, we found it a bit tired and needing a bit of a spruce up! We did appreciate it and the drinks went down well

Its back, and its better!!
We found this little beach bar last year, and we are so pleased it has re-opened for this season. situated right on the Mandria beach, this little bar offers cold refreshing drinks, as you watch the sun setting over Paphos. Very friendly and laid back staff, Mia the dog welcomes the guests, and our son plays happily in the safe sandy little play house... we shall be enjoying this little place weekly over the summer time

The beach bar, as the name suggests, is right on the edge of the beautiful Paphos coastline in Mandria.
There is always a warm welcome and a plentiful supply of cold drinks available.
There is a nice grassy area where children can play and a beach with a lifeguard!
Mandria village is nearby for all food needs.

Went birdwatching around the beach at Mandria - found this place - a wooden shack with a bar and a tanned woman serving drinks. Didn't see any evidence of food. Plenty of parking, music from a huge speaker suspended from a tree. Thatched roof sunshades over the tables near the bar, a few sun beds, and a lifeguard hut. This place is basic so you will either love or hate it. Stony/shingle beach. sea has strong currents so perhaps not the best swimming beach, but lovely and open with the fields behind and the planes coming in to land.

15 minute walk down from Aphrodite Sands, on a mixture of roads and pavements. Not very exciting as we passed building sites, apartments and farm fields & certainly wouldn't want to do it on my own or late at night.
The bar was surrounded by an eclectic mix of chairs, tables, canopies and bean bags- all on the grass.
The beach was quite stony and sea-weedy, with some sun loungers and what seemed a life guard station.
It was pleasant enough, sitting enjoying the sun setting... then just before it set, lots of ex-pats arrived in their cars and started f-Ing and blinding rather too loudly. We didn't think that was appropriate for our kids (or us) to hear, so decided to leave!
Shame as it had the potential for a memorable experience.

Hi there. Are the sunbeds and umbrellas free to use or is there a charge?
