We didnt expect such a nice museum in a rather small town. There was very comprehensive exhibition about abstract art. Very well curated too.

This is comfortably located close to the doc,s and they have very creative places to enjoy drinks and local wine products. The food is presented in an excellent way. wine products local cuisine is not. a younger relation to baroque and 12 th century city.

After exhausting exams at Donau University I cleared my mind visiting the hommage to Pipilotti Rist at Kunsthalle Krems. I was flooded by pictures of this great video artist and enjoyed letting very different impressions into my mind. Kunsthalle Krems is always worth to visit...More

Not too very much to see in Krems. You can walk through the town...one main street. This was part of our tour. If there's an afternoon that you need to rest, Krems is the stop to stay on the boat

This museum does not have a permanent exhibition, so you have pot luck approach. On our visit there were two exhibitions - modernist and surrealist, and a screening of Un Chien Andalou which we have seen many times (OK, always fun to see it again)....More
