The scavenger hunt was ok but we did it right after our boat organized walking tour so covered all the things on the tour. There were two spots that had indecipherable “codes” to unlock so that wasn’t fun . Note that you will require internet connection so be sure you have contracted with your provider or that you buy a SIM card. It didn’t mention that during booking so we were scrambling to figure it out.

Hi Kris,
Many thanks that you took your time to write us a review. I am sorry, that you had troubles during the Quest, but we state in every email and on the homepage, that a constant internet connection is necessary. Our Quest`s purpose to show people around the city with a twist. Of course we are visiting the main sights and some hidden gems. Every other tour is of course also visiting the main attractions. With our Quest you can just see them in your own pace and solve riddles and crack codes. Every task includes also the right way to solve the station. We are proud to say, that we found a good mixture of easy and hard tasks in this Quest, so it is not ridiculously easy or hard.
Anyway we hope you had a good time in the beautiful city of Linz and we would be happy, if you give us another try in another city around Europe.

My granddaughter recommended the City Quest to me when I told her about our plans for a trip to Austria. We played the quest together in Innsbruck and I'm really excited. I will definitely play the other quest in Austria as well

It was a lot of fun. My friends and I just use a smartphones, so no one was interrupting us. It was honestly such an exciting adventure, and we got to see all those cool landmarks in the city. We had a nice time, and it's definitely something I'd recommend to do in Innsbruck

I really enjoyed this game! 1 hour of total fun. It wasnt my first time playing escape-games, however it still was such a great experience. My brain is thankful for making him busy and useful. :)) Thanx to Just Escape Austria!

We did the room called „missing“ and it was nicely built, clues were well placed and additional help was given whenever needed. Also a huge plus: The nice and very welcoming Michael let us finish the room despite our hour being up. Thumbs up for this experience!

We came here for a game before our Weihnachtsfeier, we were four. The game is very complicated, and you need for fure 2-3 hints from the owner during the game, we did it in 67 minutes: time was very very quickly! It was very fun, nice and interesting. See you soon!

Many thanks to Michael for making our visit so awesome :) Puzzles are great, many of them never seen before, although we played many many room escape games before. Music and the story itself made us feel like we were in an Indiana Jones movie :)
Highly recommended for families, friends and all curious explorers who are eager to "build up" their little grey cells and have fun at the same time :) We'll be back soon to try Just Escape's other game, see you soon!

My wife and I have visited many escape rooms in Asia and other parts of Europe. What we found here was surprisingly top notch (given that escape rooms in Tyrol is not as common).
The room design was superb, the puzzles were intriguing and the methods varied. Not easy, I must say, but we loved the challenge.
Michael prepared the room for us so that English was sufficient to understand the instructions required. Thanks Michael :)
Although we did not make it out in time, but we had so much fun. Definitely a recommend for those seeking a thrill in Innsbruck area.
