Description:

Very easy to use. Start with the railcar, then 2 cable cars to the top. The restaurant at the top serves soup and sandwiches, and is very nice. The restaurant at the first cable car stop has a bigger menu and a lot more choice. We took. The dog with us and it was no problem. The views were amazing.

33 euros per adult to get right to the top. Funicular ride first from the town then there are 2 cable cars. You can get off at each stop if you like. There is a zoo after the funicular. At the first cable car stop there is a bar and restaurant which has some lovely food and you can sit... More

Stop at every interval along the way. Enjoy the zoo, relax at the restaurant atop the montain. Take in the local culture along the way, interact with the friendly locals and take lots of pictures.

A must visit when you visit Innsbruck. A scenic and picture perfect at the top. The scene change as you travel to the top via the various transport with the final gondola to the top. Magnificent view.

Well worth the trip. Buy your Innsbruck card and the whole lot is included. You can start by getting the funicular from down in the town at the Congress stop. Then thus will take you up past the zoo to nordkette. Then you can change here for another cable car further up to nordketten, which is basically a hotel and... More

We visited Innsbruck as part of a 3 week Interail tour around Europe in the summer. We didn't take any walking gear and weren't sure if we should head up the mountains without. However we're so glad we did. The cost of the cable car is included in the Innsbruck card which I would recommend. The journey up is breath-taking.... More

We went right to the top on a slightly dull day but it was still worth the trip for the fantastic views. The restaurant at the top served us a lovely lunch.

It is absolutely worth it!! Devote at least 2 hours for it however!! Beautiful views, and fun places for a drink and to play in the snow for the kids too . Be warned that the cable cars can go jam packed with people... and many tourists do not respect the lines.
