It's a good amount of steps to be able to climb up the tower so be prepared. There isn't much space up at the observation deck so we got lucky there was just 2 others up there . Amazing photo ops and views of the city!

It is right at the old town and you can't miss it for the world - long way to get up and of course no elevator but the view from a top is amazing

It is a very romantic and pleasant city. The backrop of alps is forever with you whenever you go. Walk along the river and try crossing it and walk up he mountain/hill. You will have another different angles of the city. Swarovski is cheaper in innsbruck. For big ticket items, you can still negotiate.

The old town centre Innsbruck is a must see. This is just one of many buildings worth looking at. Once again worth a look both night and day time.

If you are fit and willing to challenge the 133 steps to the top of the tower, the workout is worth it. The views of the city and the surrounding area is amazing. The stairway is a double helix so you never met those coming down as you are going up and vice versa. Lots of history also on display.... More

Located right in the center of Innsbruck we found this tower and decided to check out the view. A relatively easy ascent by foot to the top of the tower. Pretty view on a nice day. €3.50 admission includes a free admission to the restroom, LOL.

Yes the view from the top was nice, but I started feeling like it is better to have an elevator from the entrance. Using sneakers or mountain shoes are recommended

Check times as this attraction has different closing times through the season. Amazing views of old town and the city. I suggest to aim for sunset!

Nice to see the old world charm. When it is open you can buy a ticket & go inside to reach the top.Good for photos. Even if you don't go inside, the old world charm of this place is impressive. It might be a rather hard climb to the top. Worth seeing this place.

Getting near to the end of our Innsbruck Card used it to climb the 133 steps to the top. Excellent photos shots of the city and surrounding area. Worth the visit. FYI they do have a seniors rate.
