We have been organising city tours and trips in & around Vienna since...

We have been organising city tours and trips in & around Vienna since 1972. Our aim is to show tourists the beauty of Vienna and its surrounding areas.

As market leader we stand for excellent organisation, personal service and a vast variety of interesting tours.

Experienced TOUR guides & tours in many different languages

Our TOUR guides are certified, they speak several languages and have been working for us for many years.

Our programme includes numerous TOURS in & around Vienna, as well as to Salzburg, Budapest, Prague and Bratislava. The majority of tours are offered in German, English and Spanish. Some tours can also be booked in French, Italian, Japanese and Russian.

HOP ON HOP OFF bus tour

Apart from the huge number of TOURS, we offer a HOP ON HOP OFF service with more than 50 stops throughout Vienna.

Along the 6 HOP ON HOP OFF lines you will find many popular tourist attractions of Vienna: Schonbrunn Palace, Hofburg (former emperor's palace), Vienna State Opera, Prater (leisure park), Giant Ferris Wheel, Belvedere Palace and many more. Our special bonus: with one ticket you can hop on or hop off as often as you like.

In addition to our coach tours, we offer boat cruises on the Danube and the Danube canal in cooperation with the DDSG Blue Danube as well as a ride in a horse-drawn carriage through the city center. Moreover, each HOP ON HOP OFF ticket includes a free guided walking tour.

VIP SERVICE for individual city tours

Our special VIP SERVICE has been created for guests that are seeking an individual city tour. We plan the tour programme for you, organise a limousine or luxury minibus, book tickets for cultural events and arrange inside visits of tourist attractions in your native language.

Not for families! Our guide was very factual about all the paintings inside the palace. He was quite intolerant if kids aged 12-16 and didn't try to engage them or keep them interested. The tour was very expensive (aud$521) and was supposed to finish afte 4 hours. But after 3 hours we wanted a coffee/toilet break so the guide finished... More

This was included in our Vienna Pass and was useful but the buses, in December anyway, ran a very limited services hours wise. they seemed to start quite late and finish early enough. This was a little inconvenient. As well as this certain line, like the Blue line, ran quite infrequently so quite a bit of time was spent waiting... More

I did the tour Mayerling in December . The tour was provided in english and spanish. The tour guide Ernst was very helpful and friendly and above all I have to mention that his language skills in english, spanish, german and also french were extraordinary. He literally said the same information in english and spanish. He did not let out... More

They sell the thickets but they do not tell you about the limitations, for example that the green line has only four trips. They do not keep to the schedule. The driver of the Green line did not stop on all stops and practically spoiled our day since the frequency of the busses was not frequent. Also they kept the... More

I recommend this tour to the traveler from outside of Austria (especially who doesn't speak German), those who stay in Vienna for a short period like 2-3 days (or those who travel for the first time) andthose who come in winter. The first reason is, if you travel with this bus, you don't have to plan ahead for public transportation... More

My husband and I did the 1/2 day of Vienna Woods, Mayerling, Seegrotte. Our guide seemed to lack enthusiasm and we were with a bunch of cranky old people, which wasn't his fault, but didn't help the situation. It felt a bit rushed, also. I will say pickups were on time and the process was well organized. It wasn't terrible,... More

I would recommend this to anyone visiting Vienna. We paid €25 and with the Christmas offer we could get on any bus on the route for 48 hours. We saw so much of Vienna by doing this. The bus was comfortable enough, clean, warm and the guilted tour through the headphones was brilliant.

We paid €45.00 for the two of us for 48 hours. This was done at the airport. From reading other reviews it looks like we could have got a better deal by booking on-line. I don't know. Anyway, the Hop On - Hop Off worked very well but only ran for a short time in December - first bus 10.35,... More

We visited over a w/e and used the 48hr pass for €25. The Red and Yellow routes covered most of the city although we mainly used it to orient ourselves and walked to inner centre. Top marks go to the ticket collectors at the Staatsoper for keeping the queue jumpers from muscling in at the front, pretending not to notice... More

Hello, indeed, our HOP ON HOP OFF tours are great to get to know Vienna even during a short visit. The RED LINE runs around the "Ringstrasse" and is great to see the main attractions of Vienna such as the Opera house, the Imperial Palace, the Parliament and many more. The YELLOW LINE brings you to Schönbrunn Palace and also... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Inner City
In Vienna's best-known district, pedestrian boulevards Kärntner Strasse and Graben connect you with landmarks such as the Wiener Staatsoper (Vienna State Opera), Vienna’s iconic Stephansdom (St. Stephen’s Cathedral) and the vast compound of Hofburg, the Habsburgs’ former Imperial Palace. Peek down side streets such as Annagasse and Weihburggasse, and Graben’s Seilergasse and Habsburggasse, to get a feel for the centre. The Imperial Apartments and the refreshingly demystifying Sissi Museum are must-dos at Hofburg. Spacious squares such as Am Hof and Freyung often host beautiful seasonal and antiques markets.
