We were lucky to catch a choir and orchestra rehearsal - brought a lump to the throat. There are signs asking tourists not to take photos which people seemed to ignore - best to commit the vibe and sights to memory!

St Peter’s church is a beautiful building situated near Stephansplatz. It is very ornate with an oval nave and a beautiful painting on the cupola and a lovely feeling of peace when sitting and reflecting. It’s definitely another must-see when in Vienna.

One of the most beautiful baroque churches in town. A must-see for all church/architecture lovers! Easy to access since it is just metres off the main shopping street.

We thought it much more impressive than the St Stephans Cathedral even though it is much smaller. It just looks better.

It is one of more than 100 churches in Vienna. It is very beautiful as everything in Vienna. If you like history, interested in religion - you must to visit it.

Stopped by here on a walking tour of the old city. Beautiful architecture and art inside. Very spiritual experience for those who practice the Catholic faith. Would spend about an hour here. Can also experience concerts if you are here at the right times.

Very impressive building which is easy to arrive at by underground. One needs time to reflect in such a place and admire the faith and dedication of those who conceived the idea to build it and the skills of those construction workers involved. A bit...More

Seen many churches in Europe. Still must see for historically reason. There are a horse-drawn carriages stand right next to it, queue like a taxi stand. Worth to take a ride to enjoy the relax zone one in Vienna.

This church is a must-see while in Vienna! It's beautiful. There are always solicitors trying to sell opera tickets, etc. outside though. They hound you!

When we were there (an early evening, around 18:00) it was just the organ, no other musical instruments, and a chorus. It was wonderful !
