...yes this is not so much a theme park, as a free time warp into an era several decades ago...we didn’t stay long as I just wanted to see what it was like...the Ferris wheel is impressive with its old fashioned mechanisms and cable-car-esque carriages...there’s...More

The Vienna transport system is a joy to travel on, though it would be tactless to point out to any Viennese that none of the stations are more than 70 years old! Praterstern is the nearest station for the iconic ferris wheel that features in...More

We have visited Praterstern on a couple of occasions whilst in the city. The park is very different to the cliche "theme park" as you do not pay an entry fee but instead just for the rides of which you go on. Average cost appears...More

It's definitely not the best theme park I've ever been to but it has a bit of a vintage feel to it, which was really cool. Great food options as well.

A noisy place for children with a great number of different attractions, full of kids and parents. A merry place to give kids joy and to have a bite on a week-end. A great idea!

We were here in late March. There are too many things to do, but on weekdays you can not see a lot of people. Prices are from 4 euro and up. Sometimes the muzak is annoying.

Welcome to one of Vienna’s trendiest quarters. The
