I can't say more about the cityhall because...it's truly, a masterpiece in every way. From it's size, to the tiny details in it's architecture. This place will make you stare without a word for minutes. The Christmas Market here is wonderful.

We came here for the market. A beautiful location with lots of food, drink and product stalls. A lovely part of town. We walked from our hotel - the grand hotel Wien and it was lovely.

It’s the the seat of the local government of Vienna and has a gothic style to it! The building houses the office of the Mayor of Vienna and oozes history in every way!

We went to the Christmas market at Rathaus while visiting and it's absolutely gorgeous. We definitely recommend visiting during the holidays in spite of the chilly weather!

We've been here a couple of times, both in Summer and Winter. Whenever you decide to go it is simply a great building. Whether you just wander around outside, go inside and do a free tour or enjoy the magical beauty of it at Christmas,...More
