Modern station that offers ease and comfort to travellers. Lots of options for dining and drinking. Big supermarket inside. Friendly oebb center staff, but perhaps oebb could add more desks to shorten those long queues...

Very busy station, both for local trams and trains going in and out of Vienna! There are facilities for travelers here: restaurants, coffee shops, Tourist Information Office, etc. Elevators are available for those carrying big luggages.

More like a decent city airport. Big wide open concourse, plenty of signs, impossible to get lost or feel hassled.

The Wien Hauptbahnhof was completed and opened a few years ago (2015) at the site of the old Wien Sudbahnhof station. It concentrates the majority of all train services that work to/from/through Vienna, in a much better arrangement than the old Westbahnhof/Sudbahnof division requiring cross-city...More

Well informed station and a taxi stop that you don't need to prebook as It is honest in Vienna. A thumbs up for the management.
