This was certainly worth a walk up the hill in the snow to this lovely little church the stained glass windows are beautiful I can recommend a visit we had a couple of hours to spend when on a Hurtigruten cruise

Highlight of trip. Must see. Stained glass windows beautiful. A nice little walk up the hill. Calm and interesting history.

A striking church with a nice warm welcome and wonderful stained glass windows. Worth a visit . We were on a Hurtigrten voyage and had a couple of hours in Hammerfest .

Beautiful church - different than what we're used to in the US. Good visit - lit a candle for our brother in law with ALS. Nice old grave yard across the street.

Well worth a visit as it is a fine example of modern church architecture and design. Beautiful stained glass and mosaic.

Not far at all. The church is up a short incline to the right of where Hurtigruten docks. It probably takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk there depending on your walking speed. As you come off the ship, tourist information is... More
