Cool design building but quality of display inside is just ok. I feel they could do a whole lot more to make it more interesting. I got there an hour before closing and got a student ticket. Not sure I would have gone in for a full price ticket.

Had some time to kill so went to visit the museum as it was close by and weather was pretty awful outside. The museum was interesting to see but not that much to offer. The seal however were amazing. Watched them for ages swimming around and were very playful and loved the attention. We had the opportunity to watch them... More

When in for a quick look , it's not very big so you can look around pretty quickly , you can watch a short film on the northern lights and watch the seals being fed and trained. And there is also a little play area for kids .

This place isn't massive but it does give a couple of hours entertainment. Watch the films to get more infomation and defiantly see the seals being fed and trained at 12.30 and 15.30 each day. Is the most Northern Aquarium on the earth.....

Although small in size, it is actually very informative and visually well done. Breakfast feeding the seals was interesting and fun to watch. We did not mind spending the entrance fee if it would serve the wildlife.

Polaria serves best way of introducing animal in the high North Atlantic. Besides animal life, you learn about the nature and environment. Other gains are the Arctic socities that you can learn about as a guest. So Polaria is giving you a massive information about living in the high Arctic. Very convinient and informative.

After a long weekend of winter sports, it was nice to take a stroll through Polaria on Sunday afternoon. We enjoyed the two short films that were shown as well as the seal feeding.

Yes, you could call it just another aquarium with 'performing' seals. For us the exhibits about the Arctic explorers and what they learned from the Inuit and Sami people was more important. Also, as we were not sure we would see the Northern lights from the ship, that short film was great. As it was we saw the lights as... More

Startingly modern building full of clear exhibits and things to do. The bearded seals were fun, some of the science was most interesting (eg conversations with clams). Staff all very helpful
