Kollensvevet is a zipline which takes you from the very top of the Holmenkollen jumping tower to the bottom as if you were jumping on skis. From the top of this landmark you can now set off and enjoy the same view and sensation of speed as the ski jumpers do! The line itself is 361 meters / 1 185 feet and the difference in altitude is 107 meters / 351 feet. The view is the best in Oslo!

It was my friend's idea to zip line down this ski jump. However, upon arrival and seeing the reality of how high it was he backed out! I went solo and I definitely do no regret doing this. It cost 130NOK to gain entry to...More

We have zip lined on 3 continents. This was the best, most challenging and scariest one. Zip lining down an Olympic ski jump. Great views of all of Oslo. Zipped upside down as is the family tradition. Great safety procedures. Wonderful staff.

If you are looking for some extra excitement during your visit to Oslo, definitely try out the zip line on the Holmenkollen Ski Tower. This is a 361-meter line with a 107-meter drop. Fantastic experience to first see Oslo from the tower and then zip...More

This was first stop on a bachelor party, and I must say it was a good decision. The view is fantastic and if you want a bit of extra thrill, you can ask the person who's handling the brake to give you a bit of...More

Get your day pass and include this as one of your visits. Try out the zip wire, amazing views from the top. Well worth it and stop off in the museum and make sure you make use of the kid's character photo holes.

We didn't try the zipline--it looked fun, but just hiked up the old ski jump for amazing views and great photos. Don't miss this! Then eat somewhere overlooking the water and city.

Fantastic experience and a great view! This is a way of party understanding how it must feel to jump in holmenkollen. The real thing is likely even more scary though!

I'd been planning this part of my Oslo visit for months, and wasn't disappointed. I really enjoyed the journey up, and the ski museum was really interesting too (I see some people didn't like it). The most nervy part was waiting for the lift up...More

Beeing in Holmenkollen gives you a great view of the city, and taking the fast route down with the Kollensvevet zip-line is a fantastic way to end the "tour". On the negative side, we had to wait for about half an hour to get up...More

Absolutely a great experience. Adrenalin pumping, unbelievable view of Norway, lovely crew and of course the cool gear you'll be wearing. The only negativ thing is that you have to pay for the entrance to the museum (120NOK) even if you don't want to see...More

Hi Sheila. The metro will take you up there. Get off at the 'Holmenkollen' stop and walk the approx 300 meters up to the jumping tower. Check out our web page kollensvevet.no for prices and opening hours etc.
