I live here and this is one of my favorite excersise routes. There are now stone stairs all the way up. BUT: if You are visiting: dress outdoorsy, You NEED proper shoes (jogging or hiking) and windbreaker jacket. Weather conditions can change fast... Happy hiking!

~1500 steps, or 800 meters of stone stairs, laid by Sherpas during 3 summer seasons. It was magnificent and breathtaking :-) We took the longer way (2,3 km) back down. Also a beautiful walk. Definitely something to do when visiting Bergen.

We where advised by our guides to do this godola trip to mount Ulric and it was way better as a experience than the Floibana the day before. Also the Skyskraper restaurant had some amazing tastes With a view that was breathtaking
