As experienced escape room enthusiasts, we highly recommend Bryggen Escape Room. We tackled both the Varg Veum and Mirrors of Madness rooms, thoroughly enjoying the unique and challenging puzzles, especially in Mirrors. The staff were friendly and proficient in English, and so were the rooms. Minor points of improvement, we'd suggest adding some flexibility in timing, especially for teams on the verge of solving. Also, ensuring puzzles stay aligned with the room's theme, particularly in Mirrors, would elevate the experience (I'm looking at you, dice). All in all, it's a worthwhile adventure for escape room lovers.

The escape room is based in a very atmospheric building and the waiting room is very nicely presented to get the customer in the mood. We were had a friendly welcome and explanation of the procedure. Both myself and my granddaughter had never done an escape room before. We did have trouble with one of the locks which had to be cut off and we were about a minute from solving it, so a few extra minutes would have been appreciated. We had a great time at our first escape room.

My son and I absolutely loved this. There were a range of rooms to choose from including the first and oldest escape room in Norway. Staff brilliant and would recommend to teenagers and above. A fun hour in Bergen.

What a fantastic location for an escape room, and such fun puzzles! The staff were really welcoming and the rooms theme, design and decor was excellent. My wife and I did arguably their easiest room together, Hanseaticus, but we managed it despite only being two and had a blast in the process. We highly recommend this as a fun activity to do while in Bergen!
