The visit was very brief as only had a short space of time before returning to the ship. The people were very friendly and the dancing and singing was lovely.

This collection has been brought together from various parts of Norway and gives a great depiction of life as it would have been in the past. Schoolchildren in traditional dress performed a dance routine which was enjoyable to watch. Very well worth a visit.

The architecture of the new museum was dramatic and beautiful inside and out. The outdoor village had a great assortment of buildings and many had live interpretation from excellent guides. Reasonable admission fee.

Reconstructed community spanning many years and an interpretive center with movies, artifacts, and a coffee shop/bakery. Many of the buildings have working docents occupying them prepared to answer your question. Also traditional folk dancers. Just a short walk 'uphill' from downtown Molde.
