We climbed Pulpit Rock the last week of August, this was a relatively easy climb compared to Troll Tunga that we did a couple of days earlier. It was a bit of a drizzly morning when we started, although when we got to the top...More

Excellent Fjords all the way to Pulpit Rock, lots and large and small waterfalls draining into the Fjord. Had a really nice stop at a place to get authentic pancakes and would love to try this again.

An amazing climb. Really simple to follow the trail. Went on 5.10.17, on a cloudy day. Was dry all the way up, but started raining on the way back. Takes about 2 and a half hours to reach the top. Notice that after you reach...More

Stavanger is far from Oslo, you will need 2 days minimum. The walk is 4 hours ( average time). In that period the hours of light are reduced so I suppose you won't start the climb before 9-10 am and you won't be back before... More

We hiked on a rainy day and got some great views. It was foggy most of the way up but clear at the top and had some really impressive views of the fjords. I would say go for it but make sure you are well equipped.
