Its amazing place....you would not think your in Eastbourne....i liken it to the Costa-del-sol on a sunny day. Lots of restaurants to choice from. A boat trip or just sit and have a drink.

What better way to spend your afternoon relaxing in one of the great restaurants along the waterfront whilst taking in the lovely calming views of the yachts in the harbour.

Although sailing is my sport, I've never accessed this Marina. It has every amenity for yachties like water, power, fuel etc., with a variety of restaurants ashore. Marina lock gates open/close every 20 minutes. Also, less than a 5-minute walk is the Sovereign Shopping Centre...More

We spent an late afternoon here during the week. There’s a large supermarket, and big retail park close by. A good choice of restaurants, with food for all tastes, with a good backdrop of the marina.

We didn't actually arrive by boat, but rented an apartment overlooking the part of the marina near where the fishing boats berth. Plenty of activity to watch, and nicely laid out walks around the basins and out to the sea locks. Quite a few of...More

Really lovely place to visit. Best time around 4.30 by the locks when the fishing boats are coming back in. The outer harbour has 2 seals that have been around for a couple of years now and are great to watch.

Hello, yes there are a number of lovely places and so long as owners are responsible, dogs are very welcome. My favourite is Seasons - fabulous menu, great wines and a lovely venue.
