Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Went Here With a few family members. Polite staff, But looked Like this place was about to fall apart. I ordered Two plates of chips that took Forever to make! Not the Places fault, But there was two kids around the age of 10-11 Going Around causing Mischief. Like stealing stuff The shop, cutting in line at the Water area. Hopefully the Childrens Parents were notified. Even though i made this review, Fort fun has been shut down forever. So don't try to go here!

Falling apart, wouldn't let my dog on it let alone my kids. Mind you I think it hadn't been prepared for the season yet. Still.....

Been closed for over 18months. Council has now decided to sale it. Two organizations have shown interest. Will take at least two years before anything is up and running again(if ever). Councils take ages before making a decision.

Sad to say on 26.08.2021 we walked past this on the way to Sovereign Harbour and its dilapidated and clearly hasn't been used for quite some time. Its just a mess of rusty pipes and litter.

Don’t bother as it looks like it’s been closed for well over a year, it’s falling to bits and don’t look like it will reopen not this year anyway if again

It was closed. We didn't go. Kids were slightly disappointed ended up getting a bus to Hastings. Which had a fair.

Can you take in a picnic?

Yes, there are plenty of benches you can eat on outside. You can’t eat in the splash park and picnics aren’t supposed to be eaten inside but I’ve never had an issue eating own snacks with items purchased

By train to Eastbourne and then the 99 bus to right outside, or bus 12 from Brighton Churchill Square - Eastbourne Pier and then walk.
