    Kid’s Treasure
My children had a brilliant time and really enjoyed it, however didn't feel the safest soft play I've ever been to. Kids run up all the slides ( even the twirly one). The staff are kind of shrugged for any complaints they get, many parents were complaining but nothing was seriously attended. We had food too during a birthday party when we were there for another time in August 2023 and for what it was it was really nice.

    Not supervised
We only went to soft play. The entire area is not supervised by anybody and as it was half term there were a lot of quite big children. They were all in the under 5’s area, playing very rough and too dangerous for the under 5’s. Also the entire day there were children walking up and down the big slide and not being very nice to the younger children. It’s a shame that all parents are sitting at tables and not supervising their children in the play room. It would be a good idea that a member of staff control the play area at ALL times!

Fun play areas for good price
My daughter had so much fun at the Treasure Island. We opted for wristbands for indoors and outdoors. There is a decent size soft play inside with three separate areas for different age groups. Outside is really fun, mini golf course, pool and sand area. Weather wasn’t too sunny but there were a few children braving the pool. Really clean pool and attendant was checking the temp and chemical levels when we were there.

Went in to play the adventure golf. Not worth £5.95 each, especially for children. Not at all challenging. Rather boring. They have treasure island questions on boards around the course and I was appalled at some of the spelling. My 12 Year old could have done better. Worse if all though was the lack of social distancing. The web site clearly states 5 minute time starts and no more than 4 to a group. This was not the case. We had to wait to start each hole as the 2 groups in front of us had not played yet. Also we had at least 3 groups close on our heels, one which had at least 6 people in. This makes you feel rushed so you don't hold everyone up. We think they are only trying to take your money rather than worry about people's health and wellbeing.

Arrived at 10.30 to be told there was a waiting list and the outdoor area was closed anyway due to rain. Very unhelpful staff who clearly do not enjoy their job and looked asleep! Website should indicate that outdoor area is closed during rain (as far as I can see from the photos there is no decking anyway). It would help if pre-booking was allowed, otherwise we would not have travelled for over an hour to get there!

Bad first visit as there was a power cut shortly after arriving. People still being let in and the soft play was well lit by windows so I surprised when after 45 mins a staff member went round to every table to tell them they now had to shut because it was unsafe. They did offer free entry later in the day.
It was a weekday but absolutely packed without seating for everyone and very dirty.
I was disappointed as I thought it was going to be bigger, will give it another try once the outdoor area is open too.

This was a pretty busy, post-covid, choice for entertainment. The putters and balls were sterilised before use and adjustments have been made to each of the holes so that they are not as deep. I'm sure this is meant to help reduce the risk of infection but had the effect of making them a lot more challenging as the balls would often pop back out of the now shallow holes. The course is quite spaced out and I could it see it being fun for young'uns to move round. Our group of older kids and adults enjoyed it, with the one comment that there could have been more special feature holes to vary it up a bit more. It was in a decent state of repair and must have taken us the best part of an hour to complete.

awful experience at this place today 14.7 23 my child's nursery had paid for alp the kids to come here yet when we arrived was told we could only use the garden area in the wind and rain!!! or join a waiting list of people to be allowed into use the ball pit area. shambles of a place with an assistant manger that clearly has no idea what's she's doing or any care or consideration for others. you'd think they'd prioritise the nursery first and foremost and only let a maximum number of other guests into!!! but no let the place get rammed out and stop pre paid children coming in!!! Hygiene is non existence as well

This is a complete misrepresentation. It's basically a grassy area with a paddling pool and a sandpit outside. The indoor softplay is filthy. Its a complete rip off AND the prices have apparently been reduced as the Pirate ship is a complete wreck, and thankfully fenced off. They need to up their game especially since Fort Fun is out of action. Improve your offerings, we're in a cost of living crisis. The only good thing about the place was the Golf but that had to be a separate charge. This should be included in the combi price as the outside area leaves a lit to be desired. Sorry but itsnot far on families.

After a long period of closure you would think that a business would want your money. Not so at this attraction. Arrived at 9.30 am there is a sign on the door to say golf open at 9.30 am . We asked a young staff member if we could pay and play to be flatly told no it opens at 10 !!!
Very poor customer service do not recommend.

We went here on a nice sunny day for some mini golf and it did not disappoint. My kids of 5 and 8 had a great time. If I remember correctly the cost of a round of golf was quite reasonable, we didn’t have to wait to play either which was good considering the nice weather on the day. All in all a great way to spend and hour on a lovely day.

Previous favourite with the family, having visited every summer over the past 6 years… However, this past visit has shown an unfortunate deterioration in overall facilities and experience. We visited during the Aug Airshow weekend and as always purchased an all included ticket (indoor soft play and outdoor paddling pool) I was disappointed to find the wooden playground pirate ship area has been completely removed - with no replacement equipment. When I enquired if this would reflect in the price I was told it did- Although admission price was not reduced. Miserable reception, as though our enquiries were a burden.
Ordered food and drinks - one jacket potato was burnt and our bottles of water which were left on our table while children played were thrown away!!Although replaced when I brought it to the attention of staff, the attitude of workers could be very much improved.

Accessible toilet had faeces smeared on the wall, giving an unbearable stench.

Outside area paddling area very much neglected, needs more water (cleaner too) and could do with a good makeover.
(My past review of Treasure Island had been positive but Treasure Island is very much in need renovation)
Will not return again.
