A lovely place to visit
Aug 2021
Bodafon Farm is a lovely place to visit with or without kids. Only £2.50 entrance. Fortunately when my partner and I visited the weather was perfect. Nice and warm. Not only are the variety of animals lovely to see, the views are just wonderful overlooking the see at Llandudno.

The animals looked well cared for and there are opportunities to feed the animals and have photos taken.

There is a tractor ride which goes round the whole farm and is included in the entrance price.

Family farm fun

This is a little hidden gem.. A small holding with pigs chickens llamas and deer plus a owl sanctuary! Plenty for kids to see and do.
The cafe food is excellent fresh and filling especially the pizza. Service was friendly and quick. A bargain at £2.50 each.. Thanks for a wonderful day out.

Not as bad as the reviews suggest!

People complaining that it’s £2.50 to get in really need to have a word with themselves - it’s a working farm with overheads and rent. It’d cost you more to take a family of 4 to McDonalds and at least here you get some fresh air, a nice walk, and the chance to see some animals!

We stopped here to pass an hour in between other activities and it was a perfectly good place to visit. The “nasty” farm dog was lovely and incredibly friendly. All the staff we encountered were friendly and although the shop could do with a bit of TLC, it wasn’t horrendous.

The owls looked well cared for - they’re carnivores so don’t be surprised if there’s a few dead chicks in their enclosures. It’s what they eat!! The deer and goats were very friendly and the llamas were amusing! There’s not an awful lot to do there but it’s a great way to spend an hour with a lovely sea view!

Only downside is that all the outdoor soap dispensers were empty and in these trying times, these really need filling up!!

Friends Wedding
Aug 2021
Wedding was on 07/08/21, the only things that i would change was more toilets, only one male and one female (not enough for a busy wedding, the bar could have been organised better, apart from that the food was nice, nice rooms for the wedding etc

Lovely but litter pick.
Jul 2021 • Family
Enjoyed feeding the animals, particularly the deer. Price was £2.50 or you could apply for a free local pass. I was happy to.pay the £2.50 to help the farm.
Reason for not being 5* is that it felt unloved, a litter pick was needed & a good general clear up & some dog poo. So much potential.

AVOID THE STAFF ARE IGNORANT AND BAD MANNERED 👎
Jul 2021 • Family
We have visited here and spent lots of money here many many times over the 13 years we have lived here as we are locals.
We went on the 26th July and got kicked by some ignorant foreign woman screeming at us and everyone else to get out she is due an inspection and we are all taking bread of her table don't know how. I wouldn't mind but to be screeming and swearing in front of young children. She is a very nasty person. Due to her actions we will no longer go here which is a shame as we loved spending time here.
If you want to visit a farm that beats this place hands down with nice polite staff I would suggest visiting Manorafon Farm in Abergele.

Quite an eye opener
Jul 2021 • Family
Very concerned about the welfare of the animals there especially the poor pigs and chickens who's enclosure is in a terrible state and very small. Also the lamas coats were all matted and had obviously never been groomed. There was no soap or hand gel available in most of the sinks which is very bad for young children who always have their hands in their mouth. I would of thought things could of now been improved there considering that there is now an entry fee for tourists...but no improvements have been made for years. No pony rides or tractor rides on when we visited and the fort is becoming very run down.

Insanely good for the price

This is a little bit of a walk from the main Promenade, but well worth it. Entry is only £2.50, and you can get bags of feed for a pound which you can use to feed the deer, llamas, sheep and goats. Trust me, the animals are very keen once you shake your bag, and there's a lot of great opportunities for photos and to pet the animals as well.

We also took a look at the owls which were all beautiful, and the view looking onto the beach was also really good. Good for families as well, but we had fun as a couple

Beautiful location but has its faults
Jul 2021 • Family
Beautiful location and lots of owls, goats, deer and llamas. Lady in shop was really friendly and jovial. Restaurant manager was extremely rude however while they really need to sort out all the nettles. My daughter stung her foot pretty badly when feeding the goats.
