Was absolutely fantastic escape room very diverse the young girl that hosted our escape room was amazing and knew exactly when to help when was needed and the other branch in Cambridge I tried out a couple of years ago was good as brilliant company needs more support and worth a really good go

The escape room was so good, we had such a good time. The staff was really helpful and we will definitely go back when a new one is released.

Great time had by our whole group. Bex made us very welcome, ensuring we were well looked after. Nothing to much trouble to talk/ discuss at end of game. We managed to complete 💯.

Booked this for my sons 18th birthday treat and there was 6 of us playing, ranging from 44 yrs to 18 and we all had an amazing time. It was very well set out and planned. Loads of parking spaces available outside and the staff member (can't remember her name sorry) was so accomodating and welcoming made the experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended

We had a great time, some well constructed puzzles and a great atmosphere in the Holy Grail room. The staff were friendly and helpful and made it a great experience.

The Escape rooms at this franchise are always great, we visited one in Cambridge last year and so good. Me and my girlfriend both visited Ipswich last Sunday afternoon and had so much fun, the staff are very friendly and make the experience so much better. Thank you, will be coming again soon :)

Had a really fun experience with a hen party the room was challenging and had a lot of puzzles and the girls organising it were fabulous. The only comment I would make is I triple checked the room was wheelchair accessible and unfortunately my sister was unable to enter the second part of the room as the lip was too big I feel this could be made flat or a small ramp installed very easily.

Thanks very much for taking the time to write a review. We're delighted you had a good time. It's unfortunate that your sister was unable to navigate the lip into the second room. We did explain before you made the booking that there was a small lip between rooms but as it was under 10cm in height you didn't feel this would be a problem.

Did the Secret Clubhouse on 1st Sept with my partner and my 15 year old son.
The game design itself was good. But the whole experience was a let down because at the start of the game the member of staff told us she would give us clues if she felt we needed them. For the entire game we received virtually no help even when we were asking for it. It was also very frustrating because there was no countdown clock available so we never knew how much time we had left.
When we got locked in we were amazed to discover that we were less than halfway into the game. Clearly we had needed far more help than we got. If you're really struggling and get zero help then the game is zero fun which is what happened. It also felt like our host was in a major hurry to get rid of us at the end.
We have been to other escape rooms before and have completed them with clues so it's not like we were complete newbies. This was by far the worst experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless your team are professionals.

Sorry for the delay in replying to your review. I'm very sorry that you were disappointed by the staff member and overall experience. There should have been a countdown clock, but upon investigation I believe it stopped working for your game - this has since been fixed. It seems like more help certainly should have been offered.
