Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This tin pot organisation is only interested in money. Nothing British about this lot - just money-motivated.
Would have traded ourselves with them but they are only interested in selling on their concessions from as much money as possible and forget about the quality of the event.
Rubbish organisation.

Don't bother with family fun fest! We spent over £70 on just entrance for 13 of us, when we got there , there was barely anything to keep us entertained but a very small over priced fun fair and food stalls! Save yourself the money and go to Aldeburgh carnival instead, more fun, less expenditure!

Attended with a group of friends for a Xmas bash
We were greeted by a wonderfully under the sea themed decoration, the food was superb hit and very tasty.
The dodgems disco and other entertainment was superb
What was also refreshing that we felt safe as there was ample hand sanitizer all around, on our arrival we saw that they were cleaning down the dodgems before anyone went on them.
They were also cleaned between each group having their turn.
It was also good to see that the staff all wore masks and gloves.
We had a great time

The site is absolutely huge with massive 10 x 10 pitches. You have a shower and toilet block. Which is in OK condition. The showers backed up and we were stood in other peoples filth. Not very nice at all. I read a previous review about the cleaning sheet being signed but they had not been cleaned. I did take note that the sheet had not been signed at all on leaving the site. This site could be fantastic for families If they made a few additions such as a large kids play park. There is more than enough room for this. Lighting for the night time to walk to and from the toilets. There is an area to wash pots and pans, but it only has one sink. On a site that easily has over 100 pitches. This is clearly not adequate at all.
There is also a vulnerability issue here as the site is not secured in anyway until 2100 meaning anyone could just drive on. Made me not want to leave my pitch. However we did venture out to jimmys farm. Which was great.
Overall, for the price it was OK, but i wouldn't stay again until there was at least a kids park. I would even pay a little more if the site owners were to invest a little and make it a proper site. Flet more like a pop up campsite and not a well established place.

Well what can i say.... what an AMAAAAZING night had by all. The feedback from our party has been incredible. We had a party of 72 and each and every one of us enjoyed the whole night. The food was 5*, the entertainment was 5* (dodgems and bunking bronco made the night). Thank you SO MUCH. We have already rebooked for next year :)

Attended a large quiz evening in aid of Children in Need and was impressed by the facilities and organisation. Situated on the outskirts of Ipswich access is easy and with on-site parking a short walk from the main building this makes an ideal venue for this type of event. Full bar and ample toilet facilities allow this to cater for larger events. Food on offer but didn't need to not able to include this in review.

I don't know if this is the correct place for this review but I'm so disgusted I don't care. This park usually puts on great events but today was appalling.
We went to the Autumn country show. £8.50 per person, it was supposed to incorporate "all about dogs" which is usually excellent. As it's likely to be last event of the year, we were looking forward to it.
Well, we arrived 12.10 and left at 12:30. There was NOTHING THERE just a small field with 20 old cars on display, the ubiquitous buy a Will and buy a concervatory stalls along with charity stalls and a few fudge/cake stalls. One bag and cushion stall and 2 flower shops.
That was it! Along with one horse going around and a couple of untrained dogs running around the ring.
Also about 5-6 not very inspiring food stalls
Where can I get a refund?
The worst theft of £8.50 I've ever known DISGRACEFUL.

Attended the Nearly Festival and it is a really big site and great for events like festivals. We didn't go in any buildings so cant comment on the actual conference centre building. We were camping and our party all agreed that even though there were many toilets there were only 3 showers which cause a long que in the morning when you have 100+ people wanting to use them. Could do with more electric hook ups apart from that it's a good place. Food was quite expensive at the festival so luckily just down the road you have many eateries and a supermarket.
