Really easy to find and signposted well from the roads. Loads of parking and found it easy to get a space during a busy Christmas season. Lots to do here it seems and even more choices for food.

We came here with two teenagers and were impressed by the amount to do here. We enjoyed nachos in the Hollywood Bowl, minor problem with the order but on the whole we were happy with the service. We also went to cineworld for a movie whilst there and when we saw the size of the nacho boxes for sale there we were pleased we had already eaten in the Hollywood bowl. Ample parking, lots of restaurants and Splashdown pool which we didn’t go into but looked impressive. Will definitely go back when next in the area. …

We visited for the first time, to go bowling, while on holiday in the area. This is a huge complex with many chain restaurants, bowling, a cinema, softplay, water park and much more. I just wanted to advise first time visitors that although there is a huge amount of parking, that it becomes very full, so especially if you have a cinema or restaurant booking I would allow plenty of time to arrive and park to be in time for this. We had to drive around the car park a few times before finding a space. However, I suppose that due to the nature of the place people are always going to be coming and going at all times, so one should become available. I'm not sure if were staying on a bus route that goes there or not, but if you are local, or staying close by in Poole itself, a bus there may be more convenient.…

We visited the bowling complex - it was a rainy day and it was packed. 2 hour wait for a Kane so we thought we would get a bite to eat. Ordered a ‘gourmet’ hot dog and a nacho plate, a slush and a coke. 45 minutes later after several enquiries as to where our food was, it turned up. Don’t be fooled by ‘gourmet’ they produced a hot dog in a roll, nothing gourmet about it. The nachos were cold and the cheese congealed. looked ok but it was like cardboard. In rejecting the food we then had a challenge to get a refund. No manager, nobody serving, the place was filthy with dirty uncollected plates, tables strewn with mess. A few of us were asking for the tables to be cleaned before we actually sat down. Kids working there no idea of customer service. It was a shambles. One of the explanations was that they weren’t expecting rain. Steer clear …
