I have waited ages to visit here with our 18 month old, I had heard lots of good things about it. We visited with grandparents, and it was just over £6 for three adults and baby, which was fine. Grandparents took a seat in the very busy café area, and I went into the under 3 area. There were two... More

We visited The Ark on our recent family holiday for a morning of soft play. We were impressed as soon as we entered the park, beautiful surroundings. The soft play area was fantastic and our little boy enjoyed every second. We wee very Imoressed by the ball machine and bubbles. We had lunch here too, we were expecting the food... More

Had a great time with our 4 year old at The Ark for the family night run on Fridays. Great value and great fun. Haven't done ice skating for years so was great to have a go. Elliot made everyone welcome and was brilliant on the ice making sure anyone that fell down was ok and straight back up again.... More

We spent a lovely morning here on a Tuesday being a toddler morning- got there for 10am, lovely and quiet, paid £3.50 which is great value. Consisted of entry into the amazing play area and also juice and toast for my son. Everywhere was very clean( possibly had a deep clean after the summer hols). Would definitely recommend going on... We only visited the cafe but found the food to be very tasty and reasonable. Staff were friendly and the cafe was very clean despite it being busy. It was a little noisy inside due to the fact that there is a soft play area on one side and a small ice rink on the other but this makes an... More

Twice this month I have been in for lunch. Open day on Sunday 3rd very busy and had to wait over an hour for meal. Terrible cold chips for kids and really no care at all taken. My friend complained and got her money back for all the food items. Myself having worked in catering put it down to a... More

I have visited a number of times with a 4 year old and a baby and they both love the soft play here. It offers enough space for them to run around big enough for adults to go in with them and also a seated area to sit and have a coffee whilst still being able to see your children.... More

I had never ice skated before and was extremely nervous. The staff were absolutely fantastic in helping me and giving me pointers and trying to increase my confidence. A big shout out to Tom in particular. He was absolutely fantastic. By the end of the session even though I was no Torville & Dean I felt much more relaxed, calmer... More

Friendly staff, plenty of space for buggies (essential for us multiple mums), good value food and snacks. So glad I have this place on my doorstep.

A fun well priced kids play place combined with great cafe and an ice rink. Kids love the ice rink for their birthday party ( excellent ice host really helped all to enjoy the party). Cafe lovely but my kids love the play place best. At peak times not enough seating but that's a small gripe, serves lovely coffee.
