Long stretches of beautiful white sand beach. Clean sand & water. We visited on an overcast September afternoon but in the summer the beach would be perfect for sunbathing & swimming!

I had to see this after watching a program on tv with Harry Redknapp. Its probably the best clean beach I've seen in the UK. A pleasant walk where you can take in views of some pretty pricey property! We arrived quite early, out of season too and just before we were leaving it started to feel uncomfortable with the amount of people during a pandemic - don't go when its busy. Glad we went though.

Our first visit to Sandbanks beach in several years - how lovely to be back. Wide, clean sandy beach, gently shelving into the sea for super-safe swimming, and good level promenade. We bought tasty coffees from the Shore Road Kiosk on the prom. The coffee was not as hot as I prefer, but top marks for the bamboo/compostable takeaway cups. (Surely non-compostable cups and lids should be banned by now!? Bonkers.) This is a wonderful place for a winter stroll or summer's day. The huge Sandbanks car park costs less than £3 for 2 or more hrs in the winter. Very reasonable. We love it here.

It’s the first time we have actually stopped at the beach , it was lovely it reminded us of some of the beaches in Florida. It was also great for dog walking at this time of year.
