What an incredibly helpful and customer-focused company. We had originally booked on the Jurassic Coast cruise which was cancelled due to low numbers. They offered a refund or a longer harbour cruise with a free meal deal. They were very apologetic and worried about making sure we were happy. The cruise was great, the commentary was interesting and witty, and the customer service onboard put many other businesses to shame. Well done - brilliant

We had a lovely afternoon Jurassic Coast Trip. Lovely views, great staff and a great way to relax. A point to make would be that if you want the top Deck Line up early. However the bottom deck was just as good with fantastic sights. Bring something warm to wear on board as well as it can get chilly. Overall a great trip with a lovely crew.

Pleasant boat trip from Poole harbour to Swanage and back. Good views of Old Harry Rocks. ( Without a boat trip like this one, you'd have to walk to them if you visit from the car park; a tough ask for some.) Decent value. Remember to factor in parking charges at the Quay. There was good availability in September. Think about taking a stroll along the quay to check out the other operators, since prices and itineraries vary, rather than booking ahead. On this particular trip the audio couldn't be heard from our outside seating.

We booked the harbour tour which clearly shows the route going around Brownsea Island on the outside of their kiosk, but instead were taken to the sandbanks ferry and back, which we had already done when we visited Brownsea Island. It does say the itinerary is subject to the tide, but it was high tide!

Best value for money I spent in Dorset. For just 15 quid, this opened up majestic photography angles of the old Harry Rocks for me
