Take a seat on the boundary on what has to be one of the most charming places to watch cricket anywhere. For any overseas visitors this has to be on their Stamford Bucket List. It's so quintessentially English!

Stamford playing at home, the sound of leather on willow, a glass of wine in my hand; a hot air balloon sailing over the roofs of Georgian Stamford and Burghley House in the distance, quintessentially English, peaceful and so very, very fine.
