Staff and the diving team were very friendly and made me feel welcome to be there. My first time diving and I loved it, especially when the fish interacted with us and the zebra sharks swam above up close! Want to return one day to do it again.

I did the shark dive experience and thoroughly enjoyed it. The dive staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were extremely safety conscious but flexible enough to let me use small items of my own equipment such as mask, gloves etc (these items were disinfected for me before I entered the tank). As a qualified diver I was allowed to take my own camera into the tank - this was a fabulous bonus as I shall use the pictures I took for doing embroidery designs at a later date.
My husband and I both enjoyed walking around and looking at the exhibits once I’d completed the dive.
The restaurant was clean/staff were friendly- we enjoyed a hot drink here.

Myself and a friend came along for the Diving with sharks experience yesterday and it was such an amazing day. The dive instructors were knowledgeable and really friendly - I'm claustrophobic so was a bit nervous of the diving equipment but they talked me through everything and put my mind at ease! The sharks are incredible and being in their world was really magical, thanks to everyone for making it such a memorable experience. PS: we want to take Nudge home! :D

Yesterday I had my first ever diving experience and it was one of the best things I have ever taken part in. Not only do the team make you feel at ease, they help you learn about the equipment used when diving and how to make sure that you dive safely. The new full face diving mask made me feel a lot more comfortable and I could just enjoy the experience without the faff. Josh was incredibly helpful, guiding me around the tank as I had trouble with walking around the bottom.

Whilst in the tank, I loved seeing the fish up close and seeing how playful the sharks and the fish were. My favourite part was when we were playing with the fish by sprinkling sand on them.
I would highly recommend this experience and I know I will definitely look into courses available for diving in the future.

Came here with my wife and 3 young children (6, 5 and 2) one of whom is autistic. On entering the aquarium I have to say the two young lads booking people in and taking the photo were really polite and fab with my kids. The cashier guy was also really understanding that my wife didn’t have her proof of being a carer for my son. Customer service was brilliant.

I tried not to compare it to other aquariums we’ve been to frequently including The Deep in Hull and Plymouth Aquarium but you can’t help it, it’s sadly quite small. What they do have there is exceptionally clean and nice to view but it feels like there’s not much to look at.

The dinosaurs were cool and my youngest son who is obsessed with them really loved seeing them. Again, they were cool and the kids were happy but it felt crammed into a spare corner they had available. Signage was a bit confusing too as a corridor had a big sign saying ‘Jurassic Falls Entrance’ but a plaque on the door said ‘Staff only’. There’s a door in a room/space to the right in a hidden corner with another sign saying ‘Jurassic Falls Entrance’. It was a bit confusing.

Whilst the customer service was brill, I’m sure we wouldn’t return again unless doing the dive in the tank with sharks. I think that is the main draw to this atttaction. As an aquarium to visit with young kids, I think it’s too small and you it wont keep their attention for long.

I booked this experience to help me face my fear of fish. The staff were amazing and ensured that all skills were mastered before we entered the tank. Once inside, I did not feel afraid at all. The sharks were so graceful and the fish were very inquisitive. This is a lovely aquarium with lots to explore.

We visited with our 3 young children (ages 4, 2, and 4 months) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The various exhibits were well laid out (the children had particular fun with the one where you can crawl through a tunnel and pop up inside the tank!) and the information boards were very informative. Jurassic falls was good fun also although being a cold, wet, and windy day in December we didn't spend a lot of time outside. The kids had loads of fun in the dinosaur dig section though! We finished off with a nice meal in the cafe while the kids tired themselves out in the play area. I think the fact that we visited during the closed season in Skegness made a lot of difference as we virtually had the place to ourselves however i can imagine it would be a bit stressful if the place was busy which i feel is where a lot of the negative reviews come from. However, we were happy with the pricing and spent a good few hours here and felt it was good value. Staff were all lovely too. Again, with the negative reviews, i think people are maybe unfairly comparing it to places like The Deep and larger attractions. For the size and location, we thought it was fantastic, and the kids loved it! As a side note i couldn't shake the feeling i'd been there before and then realised it was the old Panda's Palace building that i used to visit as a kid in the 80's!

Went for a shark diving experience which was originally a birthday present which I'd been unable to use due to COVID. The dive team were super helpful and friendly when I originally had issues booking with my voucher and were able to help sort this out and get me booked in. The team were also on top of communication even emailing us the day before to let us know of the bad weather and road closures for xmas markets to make sure we had plenty of time to get there and park.
The aquarium staff upon arrival were friendly and welcoming and made sure to give us all the information we needed for my shark dive as well as the guests with me. The aquarium isn't super big but was great value for money and had a good selection of fish and other aquatic life. The jurassic falls area was closed off due to the poor weather but we were not too bothered by this.
The shark dive was amazing! The dive team were friendly and knowledgeable and made sure everything was explained well prior to the dive. They even let the others in my party know what time to expect to see me in the tank so that they could go off round the aquarium etc. The dive itself was amazing being up close and personal with all the sharks and fish in the tank - even to the point they were nibbling my hair! It's just a shame its only a few hours altogether as would happily have spent all day down there!
The cafe was very reasonably priced as we stopped for lunch after my experience - can recommend the sprinkle cake.
Cannot wait to book another shark dive and come back!

To anyone who is thinking about booking the shark diving experience, you will not regret it. I wish I could give this experience a 100 stars! It was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Every second was absolutely amazing! The staff are all so friendly. Jamie (Diver who lead my experience) was so calm, friendly and understanding.
You start by putting on your equipment (which don’t worry, the staff do most of it to ensure it’s correct). Then, you enter a practise pool and practise some exercises that rarely, but possibly could happen to give you the confidence to resolve these. For example, what to do if you loose your mouth piece or get water in your goggles etc. Then you move on into the larger tank and for me, this is where the magic happens. Nudge, the shark swam right above my head, I could see every detail of his body. The fish were so close, they even bumped into my goggles. I wish I could write a review to give this experience the credit it deserves but honestly, this could not of been better. I have been beaming for 48 hours and it was SO much fun. Thank you so so much, it really was so magical.
