    Christmas Magical Adventure
    Fantastic just like last year. Unsure about the added extras before hand but overall excellent. And did not disappoint. All staff are amazing at making this place so magical at Christmas. Santa as always was FANTASTIC!!!:….. Thank you so much and we’ll see you next year 😊

    Had the best Christmas experience at Clifton Park, all the staff were so jolly & put in an amazing effort. Santa was brilliant, Mrs Clause was brilliant & all the elf’s and helpers were brilliant. Can’t recommend this experience enough will definitely be back next year. Well done to all

    Magical Christmas experience
    Magical Christmas adventure was amazing can't fault it everything spot on took my five grandchildren under 7 made my Christmas the Santa and elves were fantastic and so fun and entertaining . Only one little niggle the park ride staff to be more cheerful or maybe more acting elves . But a big thank you Clifton park .

Amazing Christmas experience

Today me and my two girls visited the Santa experience my girls ages 2 and 5 and they both where totally amazed enjoyed every single second can honestly say worth every penny we even booked for Christmas Eve ❤️ the experience it’s self was amazing they got the children involved in every room and the Santa himself best one we ever seen and all his elf’s where wonderful I would recommend to every family ❤️

Everything about the experience was magical

What a amazing place this was for the kids so friendly staff and very entertaining from start to finish well worth the money we paid would definitely go again next year.

Was there on the 22/8 a good day was had by all , just one complaint why were the fountains not working at full power, but just at trickle the kids only just got wet(THE FOUNTAINS DO NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED ON THE WEB PAGE) very poor

DISCUSTING BEHAVIOUR BY ALL STAFF

I visited the pay rides section today was just disgusted at all the staff’s behaviour. They were all rude no thank u’s or smiles or even nice to the children. I felt ashamed for taking my friends here. At one point it got too much i had to tell the staff member to stop treating us the way she was, my kids r well behaved but she was being that horrible I couldn’t stay quiet. waste of money and kids couldnt even go on any rides their height limits were ridiculously silly

Great day out with little expense.

Great day out here.
Met another family, we both have young children.
Great parks for them to play on, rides, crazy golf and great splash area.
We took a picnic and ball games for the big grassed area.
Really good cheap day out.

Ice cream & coffee kiosk poor service.

Clifton Park is a lovely little park. I went there as a child, took my own children & now my grandchildren. I’ve always found the amenities great & the staff friendly & helpful. Unfortunately my experience of the customer service cannot be extended to the two members of staff working in the ice cream kiosk today.

After spending around £10 on drinks & snacks today I asked for some tap water for my dog as I’d forgotten to bring his. Only to be told that they don’t have any tap water only canned water which I could purchase. When asked how they washed their hands & washed up they then grudgingly conceded that they did have tap water but if I wanted that then I would have to purchase a paper cup, which as my dog was thirsty I did I was given warm water in a paper coffee cup….
Now I understand that these are difficult times for businesses & I would’ve totally understood if they had explained that they didn’t have a bowl for dogs but due to costs I could buy a paper cup but that didn’t happen. Instead I was lied to & then met with raised eyebrows & resentment when I questioned them. Totally dog & human unfriendly!
Ps. I left my purchased cup & water next to the serving hatch just in case any other doggies needed one today 😃

A fabulous Christmas Day out! Even better than last year! Children loved it, seeing Santa was probably the highlight but everything was great, apart from the weather. Well done to everyone involved in making such a special experience for the kids.
