Avoid – 75% of the “hands on” exhibits do not work or are broken, the ‘Big Melt’ billed as “Magna's most breathtaking feature” is more of a Big Flop. The video of this on Magna’s website could be argued under the Trades Description Act!.
Very dark not for kids who don't like the dark or people with vision problems. Few of the buttons to press didn't work bit run down and needs more lights. Maybe over 5s would enjoy it my 3 year old was petrified of the dark...More

My brother in law at the opening of magna bought a family lifetime membership. We wouldn't have. It's way different than it's opening aim to promote steel it's history, what it could do. Now it has fair ground rides, children's play areas and animal areas....More
Our 3rd year at Magna Xmas Fayre and the layout had changed for the better.
So much more for kids to do and see, our 3 year old daughter, 80 year old nan and parents all enjoyed it.

First of all signage.I came on the bus from Meadowhall, missed the pedestrian entrance sign because I had my back to it, and walked about 2 miles all the way round the outside to find the entrance. Another sign is needed opposite the present one....More
