Stunning park so close to everything! It had stopped raining mid arvo and this place was gorgeously lit and wonderful for a muddy, albeit pretty walk.

This used to be a lovely place for a family walk, but far from it nowadays. Dog mess EVERYWHERE, dogs running loose attacking ducks and swans, big dogs that charged towards my 3 yo as she walked beside us and I had to lift her...More

Can’t think of anywhere nicer to visit for an easy stroll. We visited on this occasion to walk around twice with a group to raise awareness of type 1 diabetes with the charity JDRF. Fantastic for young children as the walk is simple, flat and...More

A great family attraction with an easy circular walk and lots of bird life. The large car park is now a pay and display but not overpriced. Cafe on site if refreshments needed plus well kept toilets

Lovely place. Beautiful in all seasons. Great for walking dogs. Lots of friendly people. Good for visiting with elderly people as it is quite flat with benches placed every once in a while. Cafe great. Wonderful rowing club. A little gem.

Owners do let dogs off lead but if your dog likes to explore there is lots of space and s/he would be able to wander off if s/he had a mind to.
