If you are in the area, this is a must. Been several times over the years and always a delight. Seeing how well the donkeys are looked after so lovingly. With a new restaurant and gift shop now open. Even dogs are welcome on leads.

There is a train from from Taunton to Digby then from Digby to Sidmouth. There is a bus called the Sidmouth Hopper that stops in the Donkey Sanctuary car park. It might be a bit of a travel but its doable. There is a bus which goes into sidmouth then you could take the Hopper up to the Sanctuary if that is easier.
