Overall the venue is good and nice place . Only qualm is they have a jumped up little doorman working there who thinks he's ten men . A couple of us were sat at table enjoying a drink and he came over threw mate out and had him in head lock for no apparent reason . Basically a bully . Sometimes I have I have no idea where they get these people from

Chip value 50p upwards outside bets £5 min great compared to most casinos where minimum chip value is £1 with outside bets at £5. Machine roulette with stakes from 10p upwards. Lots of slots and tables to play Beers and cocktails to choose from. Free coffee and tea. Staff are amazing couldn't meet nicer people. Also round making sure you have a drink, a chat and laugh. Don't know everyones name yet but getting there. Great day out.. brilliant location and easy to find. Leave coats at reception and enjoy the atmosphere. Always come here when we come to Scarborough. Also great TV. s for sports and poker tables are amazing to meet people.

We go to the casino quite a lot. They show lots of sport, they have a few screens to suit everyone. It's a big area so you're not on top of each other like in some other places. Katie was behind the bar on this particular day, what a lovely pleasant young lady she is. Having done hospitality, it's not always the easiest job and some people aren't always the nicest.

We visited the casino recently and we received a very warm welcome at reception from Sophie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. We throughly enjoyed our night and Sophie is a credit to the team.
