Disappointing to visit this pub and see a “For Lease” sign outside. One of Scarborough’s traditional pubs and normally guaranteed a friendly welcome. It must be so difficult trying to make a living in the pub trade these days.

Beautiful beer garden at back of pub, full of flowers 💐 and a heated comfy seating area. Friendly staff, worth a visit.

Nice well lit place. Free WiFi. Only 4 taps though of run of the mill beers plus macro beers and ciders. There are better places in Scarborough.

Popped in with friends for a few hours to watch the grand national. Great staff and very friendly pub. Off the main route but worth finding. Even sold out favourite drink (Holstein pils ) which was an added bonus.

Hiya! My husband and I went at night time and our children are all grown, so it wasn't something we had to think about!
