This club is a fantastic venue all year round especially in winter when your parkland course is closed, the pro is John Bickerton who has won on the European tour, they are always very helpful and welcoming, the restaurant has all the facilities you need to finish your day with again welcoming staff

On a trip to Minehead, me and my dad saw this lovely course and thought we’d call in to see if they had any tee times and club hire. Very friendly staff and the course was beautiful, would play again tomorrow if we still had time on the holiday!

Course was in great condition, the pro shop were really friendly and helpful on the phone and on the day. An enjoyable day. My only improvement would be some more signage to direct to the next tee as a lot of the holes are close together or cross over.

We picked a lovely Summers day with the added bonus of strong winds! The guy at the Pro Shop was very friendly which is a nice way to start. It’s quite close to the holiday park so you can hear the muted shrills from the rides! It’s a bit of hybrid Links/Parkland Course. The front 9 holes are fairly benign but on a windy day can still represent a real challenge. So prepare for some lost balls! The back 9 offers more of a challenge with some tough holes. Fairways were reasonably good but played better on our trip to Somerset. The Greens were very good for a links course in this price range. The clubhouse is very nice and extremely good value with friendly staff. As a footnote and a bit of history the Club was founded in 1882 and is Somerset's oldest Golf Club still playing on their original course and one of the oldest Golf Clubs in the South West and England. In summary it’s a nice Links Course and good value so definitely worth trying.
