We always enjoy the children’s shows at the quarterhouse. There are good shows for all ages. We also love the range of shows on for adults, especially the comedy. The venue is a real asset to the area.

Small and comfortable theatre. Delighted that they had the live showing of La Traviata from the Royal Opera House which was exceptional. Friendly and welcoming girl on the door. Lovely bar but service let it down.

This modern is located down towards the harbour area. I attended a talk about the Great War and found the price of the ticket, the staff and the theatre itself to be impressive. The auditorium is comfortable and of a decent size too.....it's recommended.

Went to see Ugly Chief last night and it was one of the best plays I've ever seen - and brilliant value for money, too.

Last evening we went to see Bob Flowerdew at the Quarterhouse. He was most entertaining, and rather more amusingly eccentric than we had expected. Very informative talk, interspersed with his own poems, and ended with an amusing take on an old East Anglian folk song....More
