Myself and friends have been coming here for years, the rates are reasonable however the prices on food and drink are far far too expensive!

The Silver Screen is how cinemas used to be and should be. It's reasonibly priced and the balcony has some of the best seats in the house. The staff are friendly and helpful and they have different charity events throughout the year. Top place that more people should visit.

This is a beautiful art deco style cinema. Old wooden signs, vintage posters and plush red seats really add to the experience.

I have recently taken my child to see Jurassic World, Home and Paddington. I enjoyed every visit. The Silver Screen in Folkestone is cosy, warm and clean. The staff are nice, friendly and polite. Ticket costs, and food and drink costs are ok. There is a slop for disabled access and good access down stairs for disabled people. I am... More

For years we've always gone to Cineworld at Ashford but have recently seen two childrens films at Folkestone and I can honestly say that I'm converted. Both times have been in the rain so the queuing outside is a bit of a drag but once you are inside its like stepping back in time. From the ticket kiosk to the... More

Forget your modern vue or cineworld, this place is amazing. It's like stepping back to a bygon age. The cinema is in the period 1920 style and is truly class.

Great cinema, friendly staff and a delightful “old style feeling” to it. Perfect for date nights and a great treat for the Little ones
