The waiter handed me 10 knives and forks and some napkins and asked me to hand them out! There was only 3 dessert choices and limited amount of... More

This was a very pleasant place and the food was well presented and tasted good but the service was a bit off handed.

Fantastic food and good value for money. We went on a Friday evening for a family dinner with grandparents. Everyone's meals were amazing. Good service by friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Attended a friend's 'big' birthday upstairs having only been there once before for a drinks reception. Great atmosphere, delicious food, nibbles and then the main cooked/salad dish. Wine was good too! Some folks went out onto the roof garden to enjoy the night air and the view. Diners downstairs appeared to be having a great evening too.

Having been rescued a year or so ago from being a chintzy graveyard with grumpy management and Classic FM on a loop, The Pullman has really found its feet.
