I have travelled on Euro tunnel on a few occasions. The actual travel experience is good quick and efficient. I've had some issues with the booking process causing me to contact customer services who were not helpful and Intransigent. Also slightly frustrating is the signposting to the train embarking points. Particularly frustrating is the French side where they 'force' you... More

Arrived in plenty of time for booked shuttle, had delays as support was slow to arrive for driver in front. Pleased to be offered earlier shuttle but the new layout to move from check in to passport control made it much longer. Very pleased to see more checks of passports and vehicles but by the time we got to the... More

Unless you get really lucky and find a day and time when there's no queue, you'll inevitably be stuck waiting for an hour or more. It's a really frustrating experience. The border agents are very friendly, which is nice, but they need to find a way to increase capacity or streamline things.

Great experience there and back ,fast check in ,easy website to book on ,could not be more pleased until I went to the toilet . I doubt a health inspector would pass it for public use ,it stank,I could hardly breathe ,goodness only knows when it was last cleaned ,it was a disgrace . Such a shame .Did not do... More

We used this service for the 6th time over Easter. It's usually busy, and they cope relatively ok, but this experience has put us off using the train again. Queue for the next queue. It's not what you need either side of long journeys as the driver (with 2 under 10's in the back of the car). The UK side... More

We travelled to France on Good Friday morning and crossed without any delays. However on our return Tuesday 18th April it took over an hour to get into the French terminal and our train ran almost 30 minutes late. But overall its a great service.

Sitting in the car park we have been told of a one hour delay already. We paid more to use the shuttle thinking it would be quicker than the ferry but now we are disappointed and out of pocket. £169 for a single journey.

We have used the Euro-tunnel on a number of occasions and have no complaints; this time there was a 2 hour delay due to a train breaking down in the tunnel. The organization from the staff was brilliant, guiding the traffic to overflow parking areas and keeping us informed about the progress of the delay, (In truth it was a... More
