A welcoming and interesting place

Free parking and dogs welcome, both in the shop and the cafe.
A family run business with exceptionally knowledgeable staff who will spend as long as you need advising and showing alternative settings etc.
You can spend as much as you want basically!
The cafe does lovely food, generous proportions, and is roomy enough not to feel crowded in these Covid times.
There are also outdoor picnic benches and great views.
Flat access so mobility challenged customers will enjoy a visit.

Lovely place to visit
Sep 2021 • Family
Visited for the second time today. It wasn’t too busy this time so was easy to walk around and have a mooch. Lots of parking and a good range of jewellery to suit all budgets. Well worth a visit. It is also a very scenic drive on the way!

Lovely place to buy a gift

We have been visiting Isle of Wight for years and each year my wife buys a piece of jewellery. Every year the pieces are different and not massively expensive. The staff are lovely and really make your buying experience as good as it can be.

Pearls and good service from SA Lesley
Aug 2021 • Friends
Its good to be back on Isle of Wight after a few years. We went and looked around the shop and came home with nice presents. It made it more special as all of us friends had purchased one or two of those lovely pearls.
We went back for more the following day. Thanks for the ever patient SA Lesley. She guided and showed us the collection and stayed til the closing time.

Booked for a lunch for our wedding anniversary, superb food, lovely location and superb service (thanks Anthony) even though they were super busy.

Inexpensive but not at the cost of food quality or service - a true Pearl!

Thank you guys!

What a fabulous experience at IOW PEARL We visited today and made purchases of some beautiful jewellery. We then dined in the restaurant and we’re looked after by Jake & Caitlin. We sat outside with glorious views. Staff and food were exceptional will visit again. Thank you Jake & Caitlin xx

Rude and unhelpful
Jun 2021 • Friends
Unless you like being ignored and patronised I wouldn't bother coming here, two members of staff one doing paper work and one serving. We waited at the pick and pearl counter and was glared at non stop and when the staff member was free she choose to ignore us and service the 'retail counter customers', which makes me think they are commissioned based, after complaining about it out of know where 3 staff members appeared and the one who dealt with us was condisending and patronising giving the impressed we had clearly disturbed something (being 2.30 and the store closing at 4 I doubt it was lunch) the pick pearl costs £28 and the reality is its over priced and staff not interested so I wouldnt bother visiting....so far its been the worst service on the island!
