Sea Kayak Argyll provides sea kayak coaching and guiding around the amazing coastline of the Cowal Peninsula, magical Isle of Bute and Argyll's Secret Coast. We offer single day introductory courses, through to advanced qualifications and courses. We run a number of wild camping expeditions each year around the magical Isles of the Clyde and the west coast of Scotland, as well as a number of sea kayaking courses. We deliver BC 1 - 3 star awards for sea kayak, open canoe and sit on tops, as well as being the only International Sea Kayak Guide Association Training Centre in Scotland. As an ISKGA centre, we deliver Sea Survival, Incident Management and Expedition Skills courses, as well as Coastal Guide Training. Additionally, Sea Kayak Argyll & Bute provides Rescue Emergency Care First Aid Courses, including Outdoor First Aid and Emergency First Aid at Work.

A superb course for sea kayakers to ensure safety and survival at sea. Cally Farm provided an ideal setting for the course which was delivered by experienced and knowledgeable instructors Phil, Duncan and Lisa. An excellent week.

Excellent 5 day course REC 3 Incident Management and Sea survival delivered by Phil jointly with Greene Adventures at Carry Farm. Learnt so much and had a great time as the coaching and organisation was first class. Highly recommended

A great days kayaking around the holy loch. Phil was very patient with us 'beginners'. Alll waterproof equipment was provided. We just needed to bring old warm clothes and our lunch.

No experience is necessary, although a 4 year old is too small I am afraid. I usually start children from ten upwards. Sorry. You might try Argyll Voyager Canoes, they have a huge canoe and take younger children.
