It was informative and interesting but really wasn’t much there. Garden part was shut so couldn’t get out to see that. Liked the gift shop, got some nice presents.

Lovely volunteers and informative exhibitions for adults. Kids enjoyed the interactive stations although maybe needed a few more activities for slightly older children.

Grandparents day out with the grandkids to see this amazing piece of history and the place that inspired so many of beatrixs stories. The kids had a ball in the play area and spent an enjoyable couple of hours there. The cafe was great too.

Was surprised by the links between Birnam /Dunkeld and Beatrix Potter, enjoyed learning about the people who influenced dome of the characters, and about her passion for Fungi and the scientific paper she produced on this subject.
