Have paid many a visit to Bowers Marsh and had a good walk with mixture of birds and wildlife. My first siting of Cuckoos where here earlier this year

The approach road has now been relaid and makes your visit much more enjoyable This year has been a good year for nesting Avocets ,Redshanks and Lapwing on the reserve and has had great numbers of birds on and around the reserve .at the moment...More

I went to have a look at the site before taking my grandchildren for a visit but was disappointed to see there were still no toilet facilities - not even a portaloo.

we have just starting birdwatch and nature walks this year as I am now retired. We joined the RSPB which gave us many ideas on we're to go. I would thoroughly recommend Bowers Marsh as it is very peaceful and plenty to see.
