A lovely walk with excellent views of the English channel to the east, south and west. Lovely artwork on display. Well worth a visit. Best of all, it's free.

Lovely sunny day for a delightful walk up the pier. The pier is well kepted and well appointed. Plenty of free seating.

Nice pier for a stroll. Well kept Not much entertainment... there is an arcade with lots of 2p machines that will keep children entertained for a while for just a couple if pounds. Outdoor picture gallery along the pier. Pleasent cafe at the end.

Here's a more detailed answer. There are no rides on the pier itself. If you want rides and razzmatazz go to Littlehampton, Bognor Regis or Brighton, where there are loads. There are rides in Worthing during the summer... More
