It's a pier. What else to say? Has 2 decent cafes (one at one end and a new one at the other) with an amusement arcade in the middle. Deck chairs to hire and a wind guard running down the middle which is good to keep the wind off as Worthing is often windy. It's a pier, an above average... More

Great traditional pier, with a cafe at the front and at the end of the pier. Loads of people were sat out in deck chairs in the May Sun

Worthing pier is free to enter and it's lovely to stroll along. The middle panels are great wind breakers so you are sheltered from the wind on a blustery day. Watch the fisherman cast out and, if lucky, land a catch. Dabble with the old 2p shuffle boards in the small amusement arcade. When you reach the end, stop in... More

Walked to the end of the pier, the 4 of us, took in the sites, wede already eaten, but there where numerous places to eat at, it was a lovely day, we enjoyed the day and walk, tide was out, so we could see people looking for things the sea had left behind.

Not as long or garish as Brighton pier, so something for everyone I suppose. Worthing is quieter than Brighton too and if you just want to stare out to sea and not have hundreds of other people snapping selfies then this might be a better option. The seating is good and there is a good wind break if you want... More

We walked the length of the pier and it is maintained in great condition and a bonus there is a lovely cafe right at the end.

This pier is probably the most breathtaking of the Sussex piers today, rebuilt to perfection, it blends Art Deco with classic regency style, rooms to discover and the south room in the middle of the sea has an amazing design and view, it is used a private function hire facility, music venue and cafe, a must to see.

First of all, a suggestion...there is a very small "outlet" in the middle of the pier that sells good quality ice creams (this April £1 each) plus drinks and food, its worth a try. On a nice day the pier is a really good place to see and well worth a visit. i had never been on it before, i... More

The Worthing Pier is well worth a visit; if you thought that Worthing pier was only a night club at the end of the pier, think again. The night club is long gone, and has been replaced by very nice tea rooms/restaurant instead, keeping a lot of the Art Deco features. They also have bands playing there, folk, jazz etc... More
