The review is dated for November 2024. But the truth is I’ve been a proud member since 2011. 13 years, and although this gym has seen a lot of changes. The foundation has remained the same. A deep rooted sense of community and belonging. This gym has give me so much development, experience and fulfilment. To give back as well has been vastly rewarding. Exquisite fitness suite and awesome martial arts classroom. Inner sanctum and essential structure to my routine.

A great place right in middle of town.
Lots of weights, Olympic style and the more usual cardio machines.
Friendly staff.
Good boxing and martial arts facility on first floor. Changing room and showers all ok.

I don't use the gym , but Kickboxing and other martial arts are taught at the highest standard . If you want to be taught by a current Kickboxing World Champion , then come here.

Great gym, has all you could ask for to get fit and strong, massive Olympic range of weights, great cardio area as well as a range of selectorised machines. Upstairs you can train in boxing, Kickboxing, K1 and MMA, they have produced 17 champions including World, European and English. Great friendly staff and all the members are keen to help.
