Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Love the trails at Brooklands - great space for dog walking, and the paths are nicely maintained for pushing a wheelchair. The cafe is a nice addition and the coffee and cakes were lovely (with good attention to allergies). Great amount of space outside for wheelchairs and dogs. Play park was busy and looks fun - wheelchair friendly swings included. This is such a valuable resource in the area for those who want to step away from the beach and the promenade.

Far too many dogs for my liking. We had to wait ages for our food. Welsh Rarebit was awful. Don’t think we will be visiting again.

Went for a two cups of tea after a freezing dog walk. Was told at the counter that there was half an hour wait for a hot drink! No apology or anything. The place was full of parents with kids running around. Just like a playground…….We spoke to another couple who also thought the service was awful. Needless to say we walked out. Will not go back….

Gorgeous newly regenerated park with fantastic cafe. The trails are beautiful we saw lots of families, dog walkers and bird watchers. We had a delicious breakfast in the dog friendly cafe. This will be heaving in the summer as it looks directly over the lake. Will recommend!

Visited the cafe at Brooklands, however couldn’t get the wheelchair through the door. Certainly not disabled friendly. Absolutely disgraceful.

brooklands Park is rather sad compared how it was some years ago. The council have let it run down a lot and it could do with a major makeover

Council have removed the Train The Paddling Pool The Golf Course The pitch and Put
The Go Carts The Boats from The Lake The Cafe and now The Toilets So not a lot left to do here
Only things left to look at are the reed beds obscuring the Lake and the Wildlife and the abundant Rats.
