I can still remember the days when Worthing Lido was a purified seawater swimming pool (1957 to 1988); I can also remember visiting several times in 1988 to see the dolphins relocated their whilst the Brighton Sea Life Centre was being rebuilt. Nowadays it is...More

Went here today with 4 young children, place looked unkempt and cluttered, as well as poorly supervised. Staff paid absolutely no interest in supervisory/ safety activities and were visibly irritated towards another very small child. Safety straps on rides worn and broken. At most 4...More

The Lido entertainment centre in Worthing is probably exactly what you imagine - slot machines, rides for small children, 2 p games. Kids love it, parents endure it. The shop was OK, some cute things.

Difficult to review The Lido as my children love it and I have taken them here on many many occasions. They enjoy the 2p machines and the air hockey but don't use the outside attractions apart from the pirate game. It's not a bad way...More

Formerly a swimming lido & in 1988 a temp home for Brighton's dolphins ....yes dolphins, but a year later concreted over into a small entertainment area. Arcade looked rather grotty & with obvious dubious characters in it playing 2 fruit machines at once. Unfair to...More
